HPE seems to struggle streamlining processes and making the barrier to purchase easier. Leadership is really hit or miss and communication is poor.

Great team oriented culture. There are lots of resources available to help you be successful. I’ve been a sales engineer for over 20 years and have never seen quotas so completely unachievable. Given the average deal size, I would have to close 4 to 5 deals a week to get anywhere near my number.

poor base pay. good culture and remote work opportunities. Not easy to hunt new business as prospecting tools are non existent and a very much channel first business...
