Leadership believes products sell, not reps, so they don’t pay. Yet, with some departments not hitting goals, they’re blaming reps, not themselves for inflating goals while depleting marketing / product dev support. They are now handing out PIP’s like candy. The culture is unhealthy. I would only recommend roles as acute AM or clinical SE for acute aligned products. Those always have attention.

A sad theme to see employees opinions on Sr. Leadership shift so drastically over a few short years. An overarching theme to my time here is the transformation from a company focused on helping its employees to a company focused on hitting wall streets expectations.
