Technology is great. Leadership needs to understand the product in order to get better GTM. Fails in execution and spends to much time in internal meetings instead of training team to hit sales quota

Just don't. The comp plan keeps getting worse and worse. The culture is abysmal. Lots of Managers, no Leaders The company nickels and dimes you to death
