Hire to fire mentality at this job. No training. Several unqualified leads Commission gets unlocked at 5k You’ll only be happy if you hit 9k every month. Average close is $500-800. Compensation is worth it after 9k, but it can be very difficult to get there. Especially with all the bad leads you have to sift through. Full cycle role so you do everything from starting the cold call to closing it. Eat or be eaten at this job.

It was great! I’ve never had a more fun job in my life, management is amazing at making sure that we’re still involved in the decision-making process for when things change, most importantly, there’s so much money to be made in a company like this and it exceeded my expectation
