HackerRank was an okay place to work and make a living but felt very reactive to the market with chaotic leadership and strategy. HackerRank has a great brand but the market has caught up and continued to innovate while HR tech felt stagnant.

HackerRank has a great product and amazing technology. However, leadership changes the sales strategy every quarter which has lead to an unstable environment.
