My overall experience was pretty negative, I joined the organisation and had 1 run through of the product and that was my training done. Absolutely no coaching, development at all and such a shame as the product was really good, just the team was poorly managed.

Executive Leadership is very tone deaf. After two rounds of layoffs they want you to feel thankful you have a job, yet everyone is stressed doing multiple roles without a pay increase.

HackerRank has a great product and amazing technology. However, leadership changes the sales strategy every quarter which has lead to an unstable environment.
