It's a fine job with lots of lateral moves you can make within the company. My manager is also really laid back, but you have to keep records of what you're doing and what you're going to do. They DO keep check of what you promised to do + what you achieved. Can't blaim them!

My overall experience was positive — a valuable learning opportunity, especially as a recent graduate. The team was kind, mentorship was strong, and the leadership was supportive and nurturing. I appreciated the autonomy I had over projects. The only downside was the low pay. However, the work-life balance was excellent, and the work culture was outstanding.

Terrible sales culture but pays well. Spend 30% in MSFT Dynamics. No true CRM. HP is held together by a string of spreadsheets. But the pay and benefits are nice. Unlimited PTO as well.
