Current Employee The employees are wonderful and truly care about the product, inexperienced leadership gets in the way and causes slow decisions that often cause massive amounts of lost revenue. Development team is super nice however they do not understand their market, which results in us having almost 50% churn rate. Losing millions a year. The sales guys are also really nice.
