My overall experience has been good. While the job is definitely challenging, it is a very rewarding and satisfying product and sales process. It is very easy to personally believe in the product (PEO) as you continue to uncover prospects with whom there are countless points of value. The sales cycles vary depending on deal size and the commission structure is clear, concise, and generous, with residuals mapping out over a 5 year period. In short, if you can grind your way through to creating a healthy pipeline, the position can be VERY lucrative.

It has its pros and cons, over all they are light years behind by making reps wear suits and work in office every day

Good first sales job for someone right out of college. Long sale cycle, and won't see commission for at least two months after closing a deal. Senior leadership out of touch with the company, stripping away benefits. If your manager is good you'll have a good experience. Very little diversity within the company, and not much opportunity for career advancement
