Hell on earth. A new group comes in every 2 months to replace the ones from the last batch who cant stand the micromanagement/ mistreatment/ verbal abuse/ manipulation/ sweatshop environment/ gaslighting that happens daily. Average rep lasts 2-3 months before quitting when they realise how toxic of a place it is, how unlikely it is to hit quota without getting...Read More

There's potential to earn well, but much of the leadership is built on fear. There's little focus on the skill behind relationship building and managing sale processes. It's mainly smile and dial.
