Horrible leadership, KPI-centric to a fault. Underdeveloped sales managers with a lack of ability to coach or develop new reps. Would not recommend this position to anyone.

Good first sales job for someone right out of college. Long sale cycle, and won't see commission for at least two months after closing a deal. Senior leadership out of touch with the company, stripping away benefits. If your manager is good you'll have a good experience. Very little diversity within the company, and not much opportunity for career advancement
