Good first sales job for someone right out of college. Long sale cycle, and won't see commission for at least two months after closing a deal. Senior leadership out of touch with the company, stripping away benefits. If your manager is good you'll have a good experience. Very little diversity within the company, and not much opportunity for career advancement

GMS is a good company to start a career in PEO. They have a solid product, particularly in the state of Ohio. However, the main drawbacks for sales are weak executive leadership, low compensation, and poor tech.
