Grata is a great start up company in the grand scheme of things. The leaders foster a great culture and genuinely care about their people down to the last employee. They strike a good balance between being understanding and setting high expectations to drive success. The main challenge is simply a glass ceiling around product market fit / Total addressable market. The product is fantastic but serves a relatively narrow scope / use case and it's hard to expand because other areas are so strongly captured by competitors like pitchbook. Overall, the company is well run, one of the best run start ups i've seen. Despite some challenges, I think Grata is an overall good place to work

Everyone at Grata is an extremely positive presence, from leadership down to managers. Unfortunately, for new hires, there isn't much in the way of helping to improve your pitch, cadence, or demos.
