Grata
Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Everyone at Grata is an extremely positive presence, from leadership down to managers.
Unfortunately, for new hires, there isn't much in the way of helping to improve your pitch, cadence, or demos. While there is lots of training on the product, this doesn't always apply to how it influences your prospects. To be fair, Grata is a startup experiencing the typical growing pains of a company that is still growing and establishing itself in the market.
Overall though, I chalk this up to inexperienced managers, who don't have the time or know how to nurture and cultivate talent. While everyone has an IDP (personal development plan) it feels more like a bureaucratic way to keep you in a seat longer, rather than a tool to provide actual value-added feedback.
Grata has had the benefit of being able to occasionally promote BDRs to AE, and still has quite a bit of work to do nurturing AE's who come from outside Grata.
There is lots of good here, especially the positive environment, with some more maturing this will be a great place to work down the line.
