Overall Google Cloud offers a really well work/life balance. Compensation plans sometimes are a bit messed up and don't align with sellers goals.

Great product, poor management and not sales-driven company. The company's culture tend to get in the middle of performance and its promotion system is far from fair giving too much room to politics.
