One of the best companies I’ve ever worked for when it comes to learning how to be the absolute best you can be. But the comp is weak and the grind will wear most out within a few years. Gong has never done comp well IMO.

My overall experience is mixed. The organization fosters a strong sense of team camaraderie, which is anchored in one of the company's values of 'win as a team.' However, the work environment is high-stress and high-pressure.

Product is great and you're surrounded by incredible sales people. Working at Gong is truly a masterclass in selling. Downside is the role is a grind and most reps are burned out.
