Pros: Great benefits and work from home flexibility Good, empathetic coworkers Solid market fit for most products we sell Cons: Internal promotion paths are basically nonexistant anymore no matter your attainment Microsoft's (parent company's) competing products constantly interfere in your deals High quota and low team attainment Territories change constantly

My overall experience is positive but not much scope for promotions no matter how the employee works and no matter how many large deals they close. Lots of politics and favoritism.

With less than 20% of reps hitting quota, a low OTE, and a high quota this has not been a good revenue organization for the last few years
