Incompetent and bad leadership in APAC - only worried about looking good at HQ and not open to take feedback from field and seems to do which fits right according to their head. Highly toxic management in APAC/ Singapore - micromanagers, political and only like people who are yes man and sucks upto them. No strong partner ecosystem and zero focus by marketing on Tier 3 countries. Most reps hardly make 50% of their number and some favourite reps will hit their quotas as they were unfairly assigned good accounts and territories which is leading to a frustrating culture. New reps can consider joining (try to be in good books of management) as the devops space is still growing and atleast have a scope of 2-3 years plus AI is a growing space.
The leadership at HQ has no idea of whats happening on ground in APAC.
2 CRO changed in less than 2 years time and all the top leadership was let go and replaced. Multiple lawsuits filed against GitLab for wrongful terminations due to toxic mgmt trying to get rid of strong sales reps Browse Other Reviews
