Tough sell tough renewal. Company leadership is drunk on the kool aid and its cult like. If you push back in a professional manner on literally anything you are looked as negative and they will work you out of the business. I would say every sales team across the company which is thousands of people have multiple people on pips. Bad culture and unrealistic expectations across the board. Leadership is full of lifers who know they have a cushy job and will do anything they can to keep there job.

My overall experience with Gartner has been satisfactory. While the leadership is below average in the Mid Size Enterprise segment, the company is pretty amazing

Experience will depend on your Manager and territory. My first Manager treated me like a tenured Gartner employee which was awful. My second provided me more direction and feedback and really owned my growth.
