Great experience at Gartner, and great leadership. The downside is that the product is best suited for large enterprise organizations, not midsize.

if you stay within the company you will be underpaid by any new hires that join your team consistently. they do not compensate loyal employees. middle management is pointless and if you dont have a college kid that was an ae for a couple years within MSE as your manager you probably have a DEI placement or someone put there with little to no experience being a...Read More

Good company, well known, can be a hard sale, good compensation not incredible, good work life balance, smart people to work with, can progress (I moved overseas and have been promoted 7 times in 7 yrs) if you perform

What started out as a great fit and culture turned into a culture based on fear and pushing highest performers (thus highest comp) out. Leadership is largely out of touch with ICs and that shows in things like 1:1s, region meetings, etc.
