pretty stale, bloated leadership in MSE (mid size enterprise, healthcare specifically). Managers are promoted if they can regurgitate Gartner sales lingo, not if they can actually lead their sales people to success. Gartner is a great product, though, if they can treat us like sales professionals and not micromanage then I can see them actually hitting their often unmet yearly sales goals

Great company, seems like some regions are very successful while others aren’t. Have to hit annual number, but pressure is high to sell every month.
