The rules of engagement for different verticals were very unclear. Lost about 8 opportunities in 2 quarters to other verticals even though the companies were initially aligned to me in the system.

Truly, one of the best places I’ve ever worked in a decades long career. Their sales process in the amount of support and training they give you is phenomenal. Not great really bad culture. Lots of unhappy people not hitting quota or plan. Management doesn’t care still putting people on plans left and right Micromanagement no development.

Process is everything, even when that process doesn’t work. Very very dogmatic emphasis on “doing things by the book”. Those who operate outside of that norm, even when they hit 1.3x quota, are promptly asked to leave.
