Unfortunately, with the way your book is set up, if one account fails to renew regardless of why, your years over. You won't hit quota, get promoted, or make much money that year. Additionally, there's limited opportunity to grow in the mid-market business unit, despite what leadership tells you.

The quota attainment is probably average/above average, but your success depends on your book of business and your manager to hit winners circle.
