Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Fierce competition amongst employees. Sales have a weak position within the org. You are expected to deliver - not to change or influence the org. Customer doesn't have a voice. Services are fair to good are good but dramatically overpriced (a few hours of advisory per week adds up to 100 K plus anually fees). Sales have to make up for deficiencies in delivery - otherwise you lose the client. Training is intense and focused on flawlessly executing challenger sales. No exceptions. If you make your numbers you can make a lot of money. Supply chain sells well - IT doesn't. Leads come in - expect prospects to have exagerated expectations due to BDRs overpromising on delivery.
