Most VPs aren't looking for perfect on the roleplay but the ability to think on your feet & handle pressure. Some VPs don't roleplay at all. Final interviews are often tailored depending on the recruiters notes to the VP. Relax & don't sweat it, handle it like any client facing call and you'll be ok

Don’t worry. The roleplay is NOT 60 min. Remember, they want you to succeed. So listen to the feedback(feedback is Key at Gartner. Always ask for feedback). They want to see if you can listen to feedback, but more importantly, if you are coachable.. There is a reason you at the final stage.

The final interview will be peppered with objections and complete nonsense that has never happened to me in 20+ years of selling. When I worked for Gartner, I did the interview 3 times for different roles, and you can expect to prep with the case study they give you, and some major curveballs. When was the last time you had a meeting with the CIO, and the CHRO and VP of Applications showed up instead, this is the kind of silliness they will drop on you. Be curious, ask good questions, work the room - and you will crush it!!
