Back to ReviewsFormer Employee At the time of my departure, >50% of the SDR org had been in the role for 18-24 months without a single raise or opportunity for promotion (and none on the horizon). This was not performance based, but due to irresponsible financial decisions by upper management. 12 months (max 18 months) in the role had been the expectation which was communicated upfront and not respected (obviously). Compensation was not competitive whatsoever. The company laid off 50% of the sales org in a single day and acquired another company the following week (which was openly celebrated online).
