Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Onboarding and training was non-existent and all new reps were left completely on their own. The company also makes knee jerk reactions to everything. Had a mass layoff in 2023 and then they rapid hired to start 2024 only to do another massive layoff in April '24. This is the 4th time they've done layoffs in 18 months. That should be everything anyone needs to know.
Huge goals to move upmarket but the marketing/sales execution was abysmal. Inbound leads are controlled behind a curtain by sales leaders so a few reps get high quality leads while the rest get sent garbage leads. Many were people contacted on LinkedIn and offered gift cards to meet with the sales team and they weren't even close matching the customer profile. So, if you don't get the high quality leads, just treat this as 100% outbound sales.
