Constant layoffs and disregard for their employees wellbeing. The GRIN platform is overpriced and glitchy, use CreatorIQ or Aspire instead.

Met some really great people and was a good opportunity to break into software sales. The product went through some tough changes and caused new sales to drop as a result salespeople were not making much commission. The commission structure for BDRs was heavily hinged on closed deals

Onboarding and training was non-existent and all new reps were left completely on their own. The company also makes knee jerk reactions to everything. Had a mass layoff in 2023 and then they rapid hired to start 2024 only to do another massive layoff in April '24. This is the 4th time they've done layoffs in 18 months.
