Extremely poor leadership. Communication is terrible. The product hasn't innovated in 2 years. Save yourself time and do not even entertain a conversation.

Onboarding and training was non-existent and all new reps were left completely on their own. The company also makes knee jerk reactions to everything. Had a mass layoff in 2023 and then they rapid hired to start 2024 only to do another massive layoff in April '24. This is the 4th time they've done layoffs in 18 months.
