Started off great, the BDR role was heavily involved in the sales process. By the end, the role was hands down just a glorified telemarketer. Great people but lack of development/training and pay lower than market/industry standard.

The team is never hitting quota and they keep hiring. 2 layoffs in the last 8 months and they’ve let go of hundreds of sales people. Again, still hiring more- crazy.
