Part of the US team that was let go when the company moved operations back to Europe. Cool product just not as good as anyone else in the US market so really tough to push deals though. lack of transparency from leadership. Not a single person hit quota while I worked there.

Compared to market leader Zendesk in CS/CX space - what does their product do really better? Why are customers buying Dixa? They seem to be a very incomplete CX solution and I don‘t see where they are heading towards
