I get to work with a lot of passionate and talented individuals at Appcues, which make me truly enjoy the work that I do. I Also get the opportunity to work with wide range of customers.

Great product along with motivated leadership; however, favoritism and focus on some of the wrong metrics hindered the team's ability to accelerate hitting targets consistently. Underperforming team members were allowed to stay on longer than necessary to the detriment of the sales org.
