Started off great, the BDR role was heavily involved in the sales process. By the end, the role was hands down just a glorified telemarketer. I’d advise all future candidates to ask tons of questions about the day to day in the role, tenure of current leadership, and dig into why there have been 4+ rounds of layoffs (2 very public, one where about 20 engineers were laid off but it was kept quiet outside of the company, and then a few other quiet internal layoffs).

DON'T join. Just trust me, do not do it. This company has failed time and time again. A few months after I joined, they announced layoffs impacting 75% of the organization. I can't say I was surprised. Soon after coming on board, I quickly learned how misled I really was during the hiring process. Onboarding and training was non-existent and all new reps were left completely on their own. The company also makes knee jerk reactions to everything. Had a mass layoff in 2023 and then they rapid hired to start 2024 only to do another massive layoff in April '24. This is the 4th time they've done layoffs in 18 months.
