Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee DON'T join. Just trust me, do not do it. This company has failed time and time again. A few months after I joined, they announced layoffs impacting 75% of the organization. I can't say I was surprised. Soon after coming on board, I quickly learned how misled I really was during the hiring process. They completely misrepresented how deep their layoffs had been over the last couple years. They lied about the ability to have a paired SDR, about the number of people hitting quota, about what to expect for lead flow, about how many additional sellers were going to be hired after me. Once I came on board, they said "we told you, not everything is great here, there's a lot that needs to be fixed and worked on!" No, you didn't tell me that.
From day 1, I could tell the CEO was aloof and lacked the foundational knowledge required to successfully run a modern software go-to-market engine. From a product perspective, the organization has done well. From a Sales and Marketing perspective - they are abhorrent.
If GRIN is trying to con you into believing things are better, run fast.
