Full time in office so would recommend hybrid to leadership. Overall I've enjoyed my time here so far, would recommend if you're willing to work hard.

I've worked here for a little under a year and there are people killing it, management can be strict but is extremely fair. Culture is fantastic. The main detractor of the experience is the low close rate across the business, it really is a volume play.
