Great base but that it is. You have to scratch for everything else. Management is quick to fire. You start as BDR. constant under fire.

Great place to reap rewards for hard work, commission plan is strong but must be fully self-sourced. 100% outbound and self-sourced, comp plan doesn't incentivize to grow existing, all about net new. Full time in office so would recommend hybrid to leadership. Overall I've enjoyed my time here so far, would recommend if you're willing to work hard.

Worst company I’ve ever worked for. Highest turnover I’ve ever seen. Five days in the office too because they micromanage people.
