Current Employee2.7Dec 13, 2024Great place to reap rewards for hard work, commission plan is strong but must be fully self-sourced. 100% outbound and self-sourced, comp plan doesn't incentivize to grow existing, all about net new. Full time in office so would recommend hybrid to leadership. Overall I've enjoyed my time here so far, would recommend if you're willing to work hard.
