The office vibe? Used to be great, but lately, all these organisational restructures have killed what little was left. Long-timers are feeling the shift, and not in a good way.
Diversity? From SLT down to management in the RevOrg, it's none existent.
G2 needs to hit the reset button on these lingering pay issues, sort out the recent culture nosedive, and start to understand people on the ground won't stick around.
