Pros: -sales team in the trenches was awesome, looks way different now as the majority has quit, been fired, or laid off -Mid management cares Cons: - Out of touch upper management - Unrealistic targets no one are hitting - Over priced product in the market - the most stressful sales role I’ve had - good luck getting commission

It's a great job! The expectations are intense though. It's an good place to grow as an AE and a very well-positioned product in the non-profit space.

The company struggles with management and support, often favoring certain AEs for leads and support. It’s tough to hit quotas because the pricing isn’t competitive and the company is not well known. Despite these issues, the software is intuitive and useful for organizations.
