The company struggles with management and support, often favoring certain AEs for leads and support. It’s tough to hit quotas because the pricing isn’t competitive and the company is not well known. Despite these issues, the software is intuitive and useful for organizations.

The team was great, but management varied in terms of support. Round robin lead distribution, but there were some higher level opps that got handed to particular team members.
