Company went from empathy, clarity, trust to sell more, you all don't do enough, layoffs. Hoping that they turn things around, but leadership in place today is driving the company into the ground.

Growth sector is a low performing team, very aggressive and heavy on out-bounding to very recycled account lists. Fullstory is over hiring and pushing an expensive product in a very saturated market. Do not recommend.

Fullstory has changed a LOT since I first joined. In the beginning, the team seemed very cohesive and motivated, and while there are still a lot of great individuals here, the ship feels like it's being steered without a sense of direction. 5 RIFs over the course of about a year, high turnover in leadership, and some maybe ill-advised internal promotions has turned...Read More
