Yikes - just noticed the Culture Leadership score on here for FullStory .... sooo, whats the Full Story there?

The leadership culture is pretty horrible. The CEO was good. Most of 2nd/3rd line sales managers are horrible. They were promoted in the good/easy times, got in way over their heads with no actual leadership skills. They micro-manage, insult, harass, and just generally make life miserable for ICs (unless you are a favorite). True colors come out when times are rough, and I’ve never met a more inept, condescending group of leaders.

Its terrible.  Friends of leaders get promoted while hard-working people get fired and laid off. They make sure to keep all of the good leads flowing to their friends.

Could not have put it better myself. Very toxic culture. I would not give the CEO a pass though. This has been the state of the org for several years and plenty of employees have vocalized the conditions yet no change has come of it. They did just let the Enterprise leadership go, but they were the least concerning of the bunch. CBU (growth/midmarket) is where you'll encounter the exact conditions this person stated. Employee churn for sales people is crazy high.

Worst management ever. I can only speak for growth but it was awful. Favoritism, no good advice, seems to be a game with the bosses of who can publicly shame reps the most.  Discourages learning and trying hard

Never seen worse sales leadership in my time. Inexperienced people are promoted based on being a favourite rather than merit. Leaders who have missed quota end up going to club
