Solid hyper-growth company. A lot of organizational shifts especially in sales has led to top talent that has been at the company quite a while to leave. Scaling from mid market focus to enterprise.

More focused on activity volume than actual performance. Company is disorganized from the top down and would rather hire externally than promote internally.

I'm generally pleased with my job performance, but I do notice occasional gaps in structure that could be improved. While I'm satisfied overall, enhancing organizational frameworks would help streamline operations and boost effectiveness. Overall, I'm diligent and competent, yet there's room for refinement in maintaining structural consistency.

Run the other way. Identity crisis and management does not keep promises to reps about their role at the company. Not setup for success. Maybe down the road they will figure it out. There is one cool manager.
