The first year was great. After that manny changes happend that had a negative impact on regional field teams. Reaching target is more based on luck then skill. Some regions they have overhired in AEs

Good Leadership team who've been around for close to a decade. Highly dependent on Inbound leads. Cross-functional collaboration is very bad. Lead flow and quality are mediocre. Growth prospects are very low.

It's good, but the culture isn't what is used to be, and the leadership keep making a lot of changes every 6 months. A lot of senior Exec left the company also.

Terrible - this place's Solutions Architecture Leadership was very political and had a horrible manager that was difficult to work with. Sales Leadership is very clicky and isn't accepting of everyone. They also have no CRM hygiene so reps just upload accounts in as they please. It's a mess
