My overall experience was pretty good. Overall great company to break into the AE role but the growth opportunity there is a bit of a challenge since most of our leaders have been in seats for a while which isn’t bad since they usually make the culture.

- good place to start off - sales targets are consistently changing and not for the better - company is financially unstable and sales is being affected negatively

Great culture and people. The benefits are very competitive. Not enough career progression opportunities and base pay is quite low compared to the industry average. There is also a disconnect between the leadership team and the sales team.
