Fortinet’s culture is tremendous. The main challenge is macro vs. micro focus. The second closest challenge is the perception, fair or foul, that Fortinet is a hardware company first, security firm second.

accounts have dwindled over the past 3 years from 500 to 80 accounts. The accounts we have are supposed to grow in size but have essentially stayed the same while having the same quota and OTE. Only reps who are hitting quota are the reps who were here in 2021 and got to cherry pick some good accounts. Once you break into the whitespace account they will be taken...Read More

I have worked at Fortinet for over 4 years. In that time there have been territory splits, raises in quota and other inconveniences, but the solutions are a great market fit, and the channel community is strong.
