At Forrester you certainly will learn a lot, however, compensation overall should be higher to keep good sales execs motivated. This would help with overall retention of high performing reps.

When I began Forrester was a great company. Sadly they hired a new CSO and did lots of adjusting to staff - letting go 400+.

Forrester has saying front line leaders. You learn a ton a out businesses and a variety of industries selling to senior leaders at clients. My manager always has my back and wants me to succeed, as does my team.
