Former Employee3.6Jan 30, 2024Early on Formstack had an amazing culture, sales were fluid and leads flowed heavily. Once the shift to focus on Enterprise happened, the product wasn't ready to be an Enterprise solution. Culture died with bad leadership hires, and an exodus happened (both involuntarily then later with a large layoff)
