Once the shift to focus on Enterprise happened, the product wasn't ready to be an Enterprise solution. Culture died with bad leadership hires, and an exodus happened (both involuntarily then later with a large layoff)

Highs of expensive company trips to lows of going through 2 rounds of layoffs.
