My overall experience was great until the company received a large investment from a private equity firm. Unrealistic Quota's, No Leadership and little professional development. The people that work here are amazing, and the company vibe is fun and well connected. Lead flow was average for the amount of reps and you will need to prospect alot to hit the quota figures.

Early on Formstack had an amazing culture, sales were fluid and leads flowed heavily. Once the shift to focus on Enterprise happened, the product wasn't ready to be an Enterprise solution. Culture died with bad leadership hires, and an exodus happened (both involuntarily then later with a large layoff)

My overall experience was decent with Formstack, but it was bumpy and volatile. Lots of changes in a short period of time. Highs of expensive company trips to lows of going through 2 rounds of layoffs.
